13 - Liens en instance, candidats au référentiel


      A V E R T I S S E M E N T : Cette rubrique (qui est hors référentiel) créée en janvier 2021 vise à accueillir temporairement les liens proposés comme candidats au référentiel, en attente : (1) de leur examen d'éligibilité (critères de pertinence, non double emploi, cohérence avec la ligne générale de la "Bibli", etc), (2) de la complémentation des informations attachées, notamment le degré de difficulté de lecture du document pointé (petit disque de couleur vive placé à gauche du lien), (3) de la finalisation si besoin du libellé-titre du lien, (4) de l'ajout éventuel d'une brève note introductive ou complétant le libellé-titre (info-bulle surgissant en cliquant sur le minuscule "i" figurant au bord gauche de la ligne du lien), etc., (5) enfin du transfert du lien finalisé dans la rubrique appropriée du référentiel (ce qui peut conduire à réorganiser celle-çi). Du fait du traitement par lots des liens à chacune des étapes précédentes pour bénéficier d'une répétitivité source d'efficacité et de fiabilité, les liens figurant dans la présente rubrique sont rarement complètement stabilisés (sauf leur adresse web) ; en outre, des liens factices peuvent être présents pour réserver des emplacements dans la structure mouvante de la rubrique (ces liens factices sont reconnaissables à la mention "à venir").
